CommunityWorks 945 (CW 945) strives to deepen relationships with our neighbors and provide hope and tangible assistance.
CW 945 uses art, athletics, gardening, and music as a springboard to foster motivation and develop life skills. CW 945 staff develop positive programming and also serve as case managers, assisting participants with employment, housing, and health goals. Foundational to the programming is the belief that all people, regardless of their housing status, have talents to be celebrated and shared.

RunningWorks – while not an official CommunityWorks program, RunningWorks was inspired by, and started at, Urban Ministry Center. This partner program achieves similar life goals for its participants (our neighbors) through a running group meeting twice/week at UMC.
